Tourism / Film & Entertainment

The Cartersville-Bartow County Convention & Visitors Bureau is the Destination Marketcamera ing Organization serving Cartersville, Adairsville and all of Bartow County, Georgia.  The CVB operates an Official Georgia Regional Visitor Information Center and the Clarence Brown Conference Center, both located at 5450 State Route 20 at I-75 Exit 290 west.
 
This destination features many attractions of interest including Allatoona Lake, Red Top Mountain State Park, Tellus Science Museum, Booth Western Art Museum, Etowah Indian Mounds State Historic Site, Barnsley Gardens Resort and much more located 45 miles north of Atlanta and 65 miles south of Chattanooga on Interstate 75, Exits 278-306.
 

Bartow County – Location of Choice – has caught the attention of Georgia’s burgeoning film industry.  Described as “truly photogenic” by film scouts, Bartow County is favored not only for scenic vistas, variety and proximity to Atlanta’s production companies, but the ease of doing business here is cited as a top attractor for this lucrative industry.
